IMO: In a world where natural musicians are being replaced with successful criminals looking for a way to launder their money, ‘roses will grow from concrete‘. This guy is/was homeless (I’m assuming/hoping he’s been snapped up by a label somewhere), but he can do a mean G-Funk beatbox. Personally, it’s the dancehall ad-libs Elephant Man style that do it for me. Open your ears and enjoy…
The above clip is supposedly a preview for his forthcoming single to be released in February 2009. Personally, I prefer whichever song he’s doing in the clip below:

As you may know, Ricky has been a regular feature in recent hip-hop news. This impression of him is hilarious even if it doesn’t imitate the man himself.

Yes, you read right, it’s the one of the greatest games ever, and now you can play it on YouTube. It’s nothing great in terms of playability, but unique and clever. Appreciate, and press the play button.

This is just brilliant. It was done not long ago for an advert for T-Mobile. Some of them appear to be professionals, but the public seemed to join in too. Eat your heart out Wade Robson.

DJ Earworm released this gem of a remix featuring the top 25 Billboard Hits of 2008. The chosen instrumental was unexpected but a good choice nevertheless. Especially when you’ve got a nicely done video to go with it. And wait, there’s more. You can even download the mashup. Isn’t Mr Earworm nice? See below for the link.

Nice. And it may even be possible to use other cars instead of Lamborghinis too.

Logan gets the big boys into the studio to quite simply tear the set down. And tear it down they do.
IMO: The thing with big mp3 files, is that alot of the time you will probably only want to hear a bit of the whole track, so finding the part you want can be annoying at times. That is the gripe that stands with them. That being said, this set featuring Kano, Ghetto and Skepta, is exceptional from start to finish, they go to town on some great beats, including ‘UFO Mode’ and ‘Don’t Phone Me’. Skepta is the stand out spitter here, although I’m sure many will beg to differ. Kano is still Kano, welcome back from ‘140 commercial street’, although with shining stars like Ghetto it is clear that he cannot retain the ‘King Of Grime’ title that easily. PS. Do you think Skepta walks off in a sulk because of the other two hogging the mic? Are those last bars meant for Skeppy? Cos that’s what it looks like. See below for the link.

So they do this thing at the BET Hip-Hop Awards where rappers spit over a beat. Obviously. Round 3 is quality, personally, Juelz murders this one.
